Taho..... anyone?

Filipinos love "taho". I remember my kids patiently waiting for the taho vendor every morning when we were still in the Philippines.

Jun found a way to make homemade taho, so our family enjoyed it for breakfast today.

So, how do you make your own "taho"? You'll need soft tofu, brown sugar and tapioca pearls. Boil the tapioca pearls until the pearls become clear. Set aside the pearls while preparing the brown sugar syrup. If both pearls and syrup are ready, you can now put your soft tofu in a microwavable glass and heat for 1 minute. Put pearls and syrup as desired and then voila! You'll have your homemade "taho".
