Cassava Cake

One of my favorite Filipino desserts is cassava cake.  I never tasted one for more than six years now so I decided to make one today.

I just needed cassava, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, coconut cream and coconut milk. The recipe that I used for today also called for desiccated or shredded coconut. 

i used frozen cassava available from supermarket cassava after i have grated it, medyo masakit sa arms :)
the cassave cake mixture after 40 minutes in the oven, cassava cake is ready for the topping
put the cassava cake with topping back to oven and bake for another 20 minutes voila! the cassava cake is ready :)
